Welcome to Travel with Vasco! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your tour with us. By accessing our services or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Information

  • Travel with Vasco is an Indian travel agency registered under the legal name of “The Rugs Cafe” in Agra, India.
  • We specialize in providing curated travel experiences across India for international travelers.
  • All tours are designed to provide cultural, historical, and scenic exploration in a safe and memorable manner.

2. Booking Policy

To confirm your booking, the following advance payments are required:

  • Same Day Tours: 15% of the total tour cost
  • Same Day Tours by Train: 20% of the total tour cost
  • Multi-Day Tours: 25% of the total tour cost

Final payments are due as per the timeline communicated during your booking confirmation process.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Same Day Tours:

  • Cancellation 10 days before travel date: 90% refund of advance
  • Cancellation 5 days before travel date: 75% refund of advance
  • Cancellation 2 days before travel date: 10% refund of advance

Multi-Day Tours:

  • No refunds are applicable for cancellations.

Special Dates (20 Dec – 05 Jan):

  • Non-refundable bookings are available during the Christmas and New Year period.

Wildlife Safari Bookings:

  • Non-refundable, including rescheduling requests.

No Show:

No refunds are applicable.

Refund Timeline:

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days.

4. Itinerary Disclaimer

  • All itineraries listed on our website are indicative samples. The final itinerary may vary based on weather, road conditions, flight delays, participant health, or other unforeseen factors.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary before or during the trip for your safety and comfort.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • Travel with Vasco is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or extra expenses due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, weather, accidents, or political closures).
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for any theft, loss, or damage.
  • Meal hygiene and quality at restaurants, hotels, or roadside eateries is not the responsibility of Travel with Vasco.

6. Pricing & Revisions

  • Tour prices are based on current rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
  • Prices may be revised due to changes made by these third-party service providers.
  • All bookings are subject to the standard check-in/check-out times of the respective accommodations unless otherwise specified.

7. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • All international travelers are required to carry a valid passport, visa, and proof of address.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with Indian immigration laws and travel documentation requirements.

8. Health & Safety

  • Participants are advised to consult their doctors for any travel-specific vaccinations or health precautions before coming to India.
  • Travelers should inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the tour.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by Travel with Vasco shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • The exclusive jurisdiction for all legal matters will be Agra, India.
